The Lenape Boston Terrier Club hosts two days and four indoor specialty shows October 24–25, 2026, at the Morton Building in Horseshoe Bend Park, Frenchtown, New Jersey. Each day runs a morning and an afternoon show (100-entry limit per show), with Junior Showmanship both mornings, puppy sweepstakes Saturday afternoon, 4–6 month Beginner Puppy both days, and — it's the weekend before Halloween — a Pee-Wee class and Halloween costume parade Saturday. The AKC National Owner-Handled Series runs at all four shows, with Best Bred-By-Exhibitor and Best Veteran Bitch honors. Show hours run 8:00 AM until an hour after the second show. Verified 2026
Saturday (October 24), Show 1 in the morning: Junior Showmanship (James Albrecht, 10:00 AM, 1 entry) then breed judging at 10:15 (27 dogs, Best of Breed 15) — followed by the Pee-Wee class (Larry Terricone) and the Halloween costume parade. Show 2 in the afternoon: puppy sweepstakes (Dominic DiBalsi, 1:30 PM, 5 entries) then regular judging (Mark Kennedy, 2:00 PM, 26 dogs, Best of Breed 16). Sunday (October 25), Show 1 in the morning: juniors (Sue Nelson Smyth, 10:00 AM) then breed at 10:15 (25 dogs, Best of Breed 15). Show 2 in the afternoon: regular judging (Barbara Wood, 1:00 PM, 23 dogs, Best of Breed 14). The AKC National Owner-Handled Series runs at all four shows, with Best Bred-By-Exhibitor and Best Veteran Bitch honors. Move-ups are 30 minutes before each event.
